Aside from being an Actor and amassing over 40 credits over a 6 year acting career, Ruby Lee Dove II is also a screenwriter and fiery Director. She is a visionary creative genius with gifts that enable her to write and direct both, film and stage plays. Prior to her film career, Ruby served 6 years in US ARMY where she honed her leadership, focus and determination. Ruby holds a bachelor‘s degree in Media Production and a Master’s degree in Business. Her passion to inspire others has led her to founding R.Lee‘s School of Performing Arts, which is a non-profit organization that provides the arts to underprivileged youth. Additionally, she is a member of the Alliance of Women Directors and Veterans in Media & Entertainment. Ruby is also enthralled with motivational speaking, blogging and writing self help books.
Alex West
Partner & Executive Creative Developer-
As an Actor, Screenwriter, Director and Award-winning filmmaker, Alex possesses an innate ability to dream and channel creativity. With no formal schooling or film education, he is completely self taught. His other skills include being a Producer, Editor and Camera Operator. Prior to notching 60+ credits as an Actor and winning 23 international awards as a filmmaker over his 7 year career, Alex was a Semi Professional Basketball Player for 6 years. He attributes his focus, hustle, leadership and work ethic to his career as an athlete. While labeling himself as an Artist, Mr. West dedicates himself to screenwriting as he realizes that diverse content is the answer to creating diverse opportunities within the industry. As a leader, he is also enthralled with reading books, philanthropy and mentoring young writers and filmmakers.
